Several possibilities are offered to organizations, depending on their usage volume and their computer and support infrastructures:

By the minute rental of virtual seats in ASP mode

This method of use is billed by the minute, with no limit of seats. The organization is billed monthly for each of the users by the minute, per option. Theresore, a person who uses only the voice will pay less than for a meeting in which 5 participants broadcast their video camera. This by usage billing method is unique to Via eLearning & eMeeting and allows each person to pay only for the options used instead of paying a monthly amount.

Sale of user licenses for Via eLearning & eMeeting

It is possible to acquire user licenses through Via eLearning & eMeeting. They are set in lots of seats (25, 50, 75, etc.). The licenses are valid for an unlimited time. Update cost are 20% annually.

Hosting of RISQ licenses

Those who have access to the RISQ network and have purchased their user license for Via eLearning & eMeeting but are not required to manage the servers and network infrastructures necessary for the proper functioning of the solution can host their RISQ license.

In fact, SVI has the infrastructure and an agreement with the RISQ to allow institutions connected to the RISQ to take advantage of the broadband connection of this provincial network. Organizations that choose this option therefore operate their license by paying only the hosting fees (servers and bandwidth).
