The SVI team can help you with the implementation and promotion of the change in technology required by Via eLearning & eMeeting by accompanying you through each of the necessary steps, from selecting the peripheral devices to the online multimedia content.

Via eLearning & eMeeting User Guides

SVI offers several targeted training sessions:

  • Coordinator training: This training enables Web training managers to supervise activities related to training sessions in online trainings.
  • Presenter or leader training: Presenting subject matter or leading virtual workshops requires good knowledge of the tool. The training includes one hour of coaching by an SVI trainer during the first training session in an interactive virtual session and free support.
  • Technician training: It is possible, at your convenience, that your users requests for help be redirected towards your own customer support. Therefore, we can train your technical consultants to prepare them to be able to diagnose and solve configuration problems that can arise during the use of the Via eLearning & eMeeting tool.
  • Training and technical support for new learners: SVI will train all new learners prior to a training session. SVI's personnel will familiarize learners with the Via interface, check that each computer has the minimum configurations required by Via eLearning & eMeeting and will provide technical support afterwards.

This training is essential so as to not delay the first event when the groups have never used the Via eLearning & eMeeting platform.

[+] Interface Customization
Examples of customization

It is possible to customize the interface of the Via eLearning & eMeeting tool to give it the colours and graphic signature of your organization! This option is also available in ASP mode.

[+] First level technical support

Our team of user support consultants is available weekdays from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and weekends from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

[+] Second level technical support

Our technical consultants are available at all times to solve any server problems for Via eLearning & eMeeting that can impede your synchronous virtual activites.

[+] API Programming with training management systems (LMS)

Via eLearning & eMeeting has a complete administrative section for training managers to coordinate and plan online synchronous activities. However, organizations may already have an online management system but wish to add the synchronous training service to this environment.

Via eLearning & eMeeting can be adapted and started in a transparent way by the user through the training management system in place without having to reenter a password. However, these adaptations may require programming depending on the Via eLearning & eMeeting systems to which it must be incorporated.

APOP
